Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") forms part of the DreaMovieCreator Terms of Service and governs how you may use our AI video generation platform. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, distribute, or disseminate any of the following:

  • NSFW or sexually explicit content. Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or nude content for sexual purposes — whether or not it depicts real people. This category is prohibited in all circumstances.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content that depicts, promotes, or involves the sexual exploitation of minors. Detected instances will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities (e.g., NCMEC).
  • Non-consensual content. Content that depicts real individuals in intimate, sexual, defamatory, or humiliating contexts without their explicit consent, including deepfakes, face-swap, and face-manipulation outputs.
  • Extreme violence and gore. Content that glorifies, incites, or depicts extreme violence, torture, or gore for shock value.
  • Hate speech. Content that attacks, threatens, or incites violence against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Terrorism and extremism. Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies terrorist or extremist activity.
  • Illegal content. Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Misinformation. Content intentionally designed to deceive, mislead, or spread false information that may cause public harm.
  • Intellectual property infringement. Unauthorized use of third-party copyrights, trademarks, brands, or other IP-protected material.
  • Malware. Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

3. Content Safety Measures

DreaMovieCreator employs multiple layers of technical and operational controls to keep prohibited content out of our pipeline:

  • Prompt keyword filtering. Every text prompt is scanned against a continuously updated blacklist of prohibited keywords before being sent to any AI model. Prompts containing prohibited terms are automatically rejected.
  • Creem Moderation API. Every user prompt is screened by the Creem Moderation API before it reaches our generation models. The API returns an allow, flag, or deny decision. Both flag and deny decisions are blocked.
  • AI output scanning. Every generated video is analyzed in real time by our AI-based content detection system. Outputs flagged as explicit, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited are blocked and not delivered to the user.
  • Fail-closed behaviour. If the Creem Moderation API is unreachable, times out, or returns an error, the generation request is rejected rather than allowed to proceed.

4. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

  • Take full responsibility for every prompt submitted and every output generated under your account.
  • Not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or undermine any safety mechanism of the platform (including prompt injection, multi-account abuse, or API abuse).
  • Not assist any other person in violating this Policy.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in any of the following, without prior notice and without refund:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
  • Forfeiture of unused credits.
  • Removal of violating content.
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities (for serious matters such as CSAM or terrorism).

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this Policy, please report it to abuse@dreamvcreator.com and include the link, the user identifier, and a short description.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
